Log in to your customer account:

Go to the tab My Account where you placed the order.
Log in with your username and password.

Go to the Orders section:

After logging in you will find the orders tab.
Select the order you want to cancel:

In the list of orders, find the one you want to cancel and click on it to see the details.

Check the order status:

Make sure the order has not been processed yet (e.g. shipped or prepared for shipment). If it is in processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Click on the “Cancel Order” option:

If possible, click the "Cancel Order" button.

Confirm the cancellation:

The system may ask for confirmation that you wish to cancel the order.

Wait for confirmation:

Once the cancellation process is complete, you should receive a confirmation via email or in your customer account.

If the cancellation option is not available (e.g. the order has already been shipped), you can contact customer service to try to cancel the order or return it after receiving it.
