Cancellation

Log in to your customer account :
- Go to the My Account tab where you placed your order.
- Log in using your login and password.

Go to the "orders" section :
- Once you have logged in, find the orders tab.

Select the order you want to cancel :
- In the list of orders, find the one you want to cancel and click on it to view details.

Check order status :
- Make sure the order hasn't been processed yet (i.e. shipped or ready to ship). If it's in the process of being processed, you may not be able to cancel it.

Click "Cancel Order" :
- If possible, click the "Cancel order" button

Confirm cancellation :
- The system may ask you to confirm that you want to cancel the order.

Wait for confirmation :
- Once the cancellation process is complete, you should receive confirmation via email or in your customer account.
In the event that the cancellation option is not available (e.g. the order has already been shipped), you can contact customer service to attempt to cancel or return the order once it has been received. Contact Us Kontakt@my-smell.pl
